Madi International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage and execute merchandising strategies in Bahrain and Dammam.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor merchandising plans in retail environments in both Bahrain and Dammam.
- Regularly travel to Dammam to ensure consistency and excellence in visual merchandising standards.
- Liaise with store managers and staff to optimize product placement and promotions.
- Conduct inventory checks and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on shopping trends and competitor activities.
- Experience in retail merchandising or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to Dammam twice a week.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic is a plus.
