** About the role
** We are looking for a Security Officer with proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property while upholding the Four Seasons standards of professionalism and discretion.
** What you will do
*** Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure a secure environment.
* Control access points and verify identification of guests, staff, and vendors.
* Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities and ensure guest safety.
* Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and guest concerns.
* Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security logs.
* Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
* Uphold Four Seasons’ commitment to guest privacy and exceptional service.
** What you bring
*** Minimum 2 years of security experience in a luxury hotel or high-end environment.
* Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
* Experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Physical fitness and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
