• Master the art of auditing by preparing meticulous audit documents using current software and methodologies.
• Develop a deep understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).
• Work directly with a diverse set of clients to understand operations, challenges, and opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams; gather relevant information and deliver value through auditing engagements.
• As you progress (Years 3 and
  4), take on more complex audit work (e.g., revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments) and lead audit engagements; mentor junior team members.

• On track for or have obtained A-levels, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications; strong academics plus relevant experiences considered.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to learn; strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent time management; ability to work under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfort with traveling and flexible working environment; eagerness to engage with new people and diverse teams.
• Proactive learner with a commitment to self-development and professional growth.
