Location: Wythenshawe
The RoleWe are recruiting an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a fast-growing business within the medical supply sector. This is a busy, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
The business operates autonomously while being part of a larger international group, offering both stability and long‑term growth. Office Based role Monday-Friday Full time.
Key Responsibilities- Sales order processing and customer invoicing
- Credit control and customer account management
- Accounts payable posting and processing supplier payments
- Bank reconciliations and daily bank postings
- Handling foreign currency transactions
- Supporting month‑end activities as required
- Maintaining accurate financial records with strong attention to detail
- SAP Business One (experience advantageous but not essential)
- Full training will be provided
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Qualified by Experience (QBE) candidates welcome
- Candidates currently studying AAT or similar qualifications are also encouraged to apply
- Salary of £30,000
