Perform high qualitative or specific administration tasks and/or support, which includes planning, analysing or reporting accountabilities, for an organisation assigned.

• Take over accountabilities for defined complex administrative tasks.
• Analyse data sources and validate information with respect to the information needs of management or other stakeholders.
• Create meaningful reports, and comments on data and information.
• Propose measures for improving administration-related processes.
• Cooperate with other specialists or professionals on planning the course of specific transactions.
• Communicate with external stakeholders to keep them informed, on behalf of management.
