About the Role
We’re looking for a PA to the Director who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure and focus to busy schedules, and can anticipate needs before they arise. This is a pivotal role supporting the Director across operations, strategy, and administration, ensuring the business continues to run efficiently as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director
Manage the Director’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Support bookkeeping and expense tracking using Xero.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics
Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the Director
Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Carry out general office administration and assist with ad hoc projects as required
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Quick Books
Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities effectively
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and correspondence
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
A proactive, self-motivated approach, you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make things happen
