About The Role
In this 18m Fixed Term Contract role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the Workday Programme and other HR projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes. Includes supporting the Senior HR Project Coordinator with note taking, diary management, and general administrative or ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Coordinate project activities and track progress against timelines, escalating issues as required.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with drafting and distributing communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Workstream Leads in delivery of workstream project plans ensuring they have clear deliverables, owners, timescales, and interdependencies for each programme phase.
- Manage smaller HR initiatives or work streams independently, as assigned.
- Support change management activities including training coordination and employee engagement efforts.
- Support Workstream Leads to ensure the provision of timely notifications of Risks, Issues and Mitigating actions to the programme and ensure RAID log is up to date.

- Proven experience in an administrative, HR support, or project coordination role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including strong Excel capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A demonstrable ability to build relationships, resolve problems and remove barriers.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time‑management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
