About the Role
I’m partnering exclusively with a highly respected Top 100 UK Law Firm in Manchester known for its strong culture, team values, and supportive working environment. This role allows a Reception / Front‑of‑House professional to step into a more multi‑faceted position, expanding skill sets in Facilities and Travel Coordination while supporting day‑to‑day operations.
The role sits within the Facilities team and plays a key part in the smooth running of the business. You will coordinate all internal travel & accommodation bookings for the firm, support fleet vehicle management, and provide front‑of‑house cover when needed.
You’ll be the face of the business, greeting clients, supporting events, and ensuring exceptional service standards with a professional, people‑facing approach.

- Greet clients, support events, and uphold exceptional service standards.
- Previous reception or office experience.
- Friendly, confident communication style.

- Full‑time, on site in Manchester.
- 35 hours a week.
