The Role You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of advisers, ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient back-office processes. The firm has a positive, growth-oriented culture and values individuals who can take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to multiple financial advisers
* Manage new business processing, valuations, and policy administration
* Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system
* Liaise with clients and providers to ensure efficient case progression
* Prepare review packs, illustrations, and documentation for client meetings
* Work closely with paraplanners and advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes
🧠 Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning administration (essential)
* Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection processes
* Confident communicating with clients and providers
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with Intelligent Office (desirable)
💰 Salary & Benefits
* Salary:
Up to £35,000 (DOE)
* Bonus Scheme:
Company-wide, typically up to £2,000
* Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home
* Flexi-Time:
Option to work flexible hours (bank up to 5 hours weekly to use before or after work)
