We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Sustainability Manager to help ensure that operations align with the highest ethical standards, contributing positively to sustainability initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating across functions in the development and implementation of strategies to promote ethical conduct and sustainability practices throughout the supply chain operations, particularly in dealings with China, India, and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across functions to develop and implement strategies promoting ethical conduct and sustainability in supply chain operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making to drive ethical and sustainable practices.
  • Utilise strong analytical skills to assess complex supply chain issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to projects with proven project management skills, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and driving results.
  • Work with regional teams and ensure understanding of regional regulations and cultural nuances relevant to Manchester, India, and Hong Kong.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of regional regulations and cultural nuances (Manchester, India, Hong Kong).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex supply chain issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management experience with ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as CSR, sustainability, or auditing is a plus.
