Operations Executive

Operations Executive , Manchester City Centre

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable Operations Executive to join a fast-growing recruitment and talent advisory firm. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting Finance, Marketing, Consultants, and the Senior Leadership Team, while also managing general office operations and leading systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Finance with compliance-related tasks and reporting
Coordinate marketing campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives
Assist Consultants and SLT with operational processes and projects
Lead and support with new projects to optimise workflows
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running
Maintain and improve processes across the business
Candidate Profile:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience in operations, office management, compliance, or EA/PA roles within a professional environment
Confident liaising with senior stakeholders, including SLT and Consultants
Proactive, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable managing systems, processes, and cross-functional projects
