You’ll help design systems, streamline operations, and fuel the mission : to scale a growing property portfolio that funds creative and global impact goals.

We’re building something special — a small, high-trust, high-energy team that moves fast, works smart, and celebrates the wins.

This role suits an EA Athlete : focused, proactive, and passionate about performance, planning, and precision.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable, exclusive Executive Assistant to support a growing multi-venture business based in Nantwich / Crewe, with a 1-hour radius including Manchester.

Hybrid : 15–20 hrs / week with occasional in-person meetings (approx. 2 per month)

Your mission :
Be the right-hand, operational powerhouse supporting property, brand, and creative ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems & Process:
Build and maintain dashboards, operational processes, and workflow systems across ventures.
  • Financial & Legal Oversight:
Coordinate with agents, contractors, accountants, tax advisors, and solicitors; stay ahead of 2026 legislation (HMRC quarterly reporting, Renters’ Rights Bill).
  • Property Project Management:
Oversee refurbishments, lettings, and portfolio growth efficiently.
  • Diary & Communication:
Manage key stakeholders, schedule, and communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Content & Brand Support:
Help with social media, PR, speaking engagements, and film / TV projects.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
Track performance, analyze business metrics, and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Decision-Making:
Proactively make operational decisions aligned with strategic plans.
  • Fundraising & Networking:
Support investor outreach and strategic connections.
Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone exceptional.

Must-haves
  • 5+ years EA experience, ideally supporting multiple ventures.
  • Strong IT, systems, and project management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, capable of managing contractors and other team members with confidence.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and backbone — willing to challenge processes respectfully.
  • Linked In savvy, social media experience, content creation, AI competence.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong personal finance discipline, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for performance, fitness, and personal / professional development.
Bonus skills
  • Bookkeeping, invoicing.
  • Video editing, copywriting.
  • Motivational speaking, investor relations.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: £21 / hr trial, rising to £24–25 / hr after 2–3 months.

Paid monthly to support financial independence and responsibility.

Flexible hybrid schedule with occasional in-person meetings.

Exposure to property, brand, motivational speaking, and film ventures.

Work directly with the founder in a dynamic, creative, results-driven environment.

Opportunities to participate in elite challenges, content creation, and international networking.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll be part of a high-performance partnership, freeing the founder to focus on strategic growth and creative pursuits.

Impact :

Freeing founder time for high-value activities.
  • Business momentum:
Streamline operations, maintain cash flow, and improve efficiency.
  • Creative success:
Support speaking, media, and acting opportunities.

We celebrate all victories — large or small — and build a culture of camaraderie, growth, and elite performance.

Key Attributes We Value
  • Excellence:
Operate at a high standard and demand the same of yourself.
  • Proactivity:
    Anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Consistency:
Reliable and committed, focused on weekly improvements.

Learn fast, adopt tools, and improve systems.
  • Integrity & Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with complete trust.
