Are you ready to take your first step into account management? Are you skilled in fostering relationships and looking for a clear progression structure? If so, we’re looking for someone like you to join our growing London team as a Junior Account Manager.

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with clients to support their needs and deliver excellent service. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and relationships are built to last. The key focus is driving growth from existing accounts and using your network to generate leads for new business. From day one, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues, and given the tools and training to build a long-term career in account management.

• Supporting senior account managers in managing day-to-day client communications
• Tracking projects, gathering feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Building strong relationships with clients through professionalism and reliability
• Preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external use
• Learning the ins and outs of our services, solutions, and industry trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• A team player who’s adaptable and eager to learn
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is a bonus, but not essential
