Are you a business development manager with access to key social housing clients across the North West?

Do you have a real passion for business development within property services?

We are working with a well established, national property services provider that offer all aspects of planned works, which includes social housing and public buildings.

They are looking for a business development manager that will unlock the door to further business and grow their market share within the region.

• Identify and prioritise key customers in the region
• Gather market information and analyse data to collate growth plans
• Provide regular updates on new and existing customers
• Report on market changes and their impact on the region
• Make regular contact with new and existing customers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
• Contribute to marketing materials and ensure their efficient use
• Provide feedback to managers / directors as to where improvements can be made to best service their customers

• Have an existing regional contact base
• Are knowledgeable about property services and regeneration / development
• Have the ability to identify new business opportunities
• Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Are able to demonstrate a track record of business development wins in the industry

• Starting salary of £60,000‑£70,000 DOE
• £5,200 car allowance or company vehicle
• Up to 5% annual bonus
• 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
• Life insurance
