The Role From day one, you will work on live, retained recruitment projects across high-growth tech markets. You will:
Deliver against active, high-volume hiring needs Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers Sit in on client meetings and hiring strategy discussions Learn full lifecycle recruitment, starting in a delivery-focused role Take on more commercial responsibility as you develop Training and Development You will receive hands-on, on-desk training from senior consultants and leadership. This includes:
