Position: Senior Building Surveyor (Permanent)
Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The practice employs over 270 people across 8 UK locations and offers a collaborative environment focused on high-quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will be working primarily on commercial sector projects, ranging from refurbishments and fit-outs to new builds, with excellent opportunities for future leadership.

Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Open to discussion)

23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

Job Requirements

Chartered (MRICS) with relevant experience- not essential if qualified via experience

Commercial project background essential

Confident managing client expectations and delivering quality outputs

Full driving licence and ability to travel to sites across the region
