Senior Quantity Surveyor

A thriving, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help lead the growth of their expanding Manchester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll join a high-performing team, working across a £200k-£300m project range including:

• Commercial new builds & refurbishments
• Residential high-rise & waterfront apartments
• Listed buildings, bespoke homes, and hotels

With project management and building surveying teams already embedded, they’re now scaling their Quantity Surveying division – and you’ll be front and centre.

You’ll manage key projects, build client relationships, and as workload grows, lead and mentor your own team. The pathway to Associate Director is clear, fast, and backed by genuine support.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a PQS firm / Consultancy
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
