As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the high rise. Retrofit Scheme, focusing on two-stage tendering and PCSA experience. Key requirements for this position include proven expertise in PCSA and main contract stages, strong cost planning and risk management skills, and a collaborative approach to design and procurement.
