Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor — £55,000 - £65,000 DOE — Manchester
We have an opportunity available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a Global Multi-disciplinary Construction consultancy based in Manchester. This is also an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to progress within their career.
Responsibilities- Cost/Budget Estimation
- Contract Negotiation
- Cost Control
- Risk Management
- Value Engineering
- A comprehensive knowledge of JCT and NEC3 building contracts.
- MRICS Accredited in Quantity Surveying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Driving License
- Salary of £55,000 to £65,000 DOE
- Flexible working arrangements
- 25 Days annual leave plus public holidays
- Pension contribution of 5%
- Car Allowance £4K
- Life Assurance (4 x salary)
- Private Medical Insurance + Health Insurance
