Specification Sales Manager - Construction / Roofing - North West - Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Car

About the Company

Our client is a highly respected manufacturer and supplier within the construction and roofing sector, known for delivering innovative and sustainable building envelope solutions. They are looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join their team and drive project specifications across the UK. This is a role for someone who builds long-term relationships with Architects, Surveyors, Main Contractors, and Developers and sees projects through from concept to completion.

Specification Sales Manager - The Details
  • Basic salary up to £65,000

Specification Sales Manager - Requirements
  • Proven track record in specification sales within the construction or roofing sector (building envelope, waterproofing, or related products)
  • A strong network of Architects, Specifiers, Surveyors, and Contractors
  • Confident in managing the full sales cycle from specification through to project delivery
  • Excellent technical understanding of building systems and regulations
  • A proactive, results-driven professional with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Specification Sales Manager - Responsibilities
  • Drive and secure product specifications through architectural and design practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, Developers, and Surveyors
  • Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding project support
  • Manage pipeline opportunities and ensure projects are tracked through to completion
  • Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets within your region
