What You’ll Be Doing

* Support and deliver building surveying projects from concept to completion

* Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and design teams

* Develop briefs into clear, compliant design solutions with guidance from senior mentors

* Undertake measured surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance reporting

* Prepare drawings, specifications, tender documents and technical reports

* Coordinate with designers, contractors and stakeholders across multiple work streams

* Assist with contract administration and on-site quality inspections

* Learn how to manage smaller projects with increasing independence

* A degree in Building Surveying (or similar)

* Strong communication skills — written, verbal and technical
