Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

Your new company Leading and well established fit-out and refurbishment contractor that have completed numerous projects for blue-chip high profile clients across East Anglia. They pride themselves on the quality of projects and repeat business with their clients. Your new role Estimator required to join the Preconstruction and Estimating team. This role is instrumental in securing new business and identifying future opportunities across both competitive tendering and design & build projects.

You'll be working on a wide range of commercial fit-out projects valued between £100k and £8m, covering regions across East Anglia and into London.

Key Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities Manage tender submissions from initial enquiry to final proposal Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Conduct site visits, review specifications, and prepare accurate quotations Develop construction sequencing programmes and pricing strategies for bids Perform risk analysis, take-offs, and post-tender evaluations Negotiate material costs and compile detailed scopes of work Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards and internal policies What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated expertise in estimating within the construction and fit-out sector Solid understanding of construction methodologies and relevant building regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office;

familiarity with Eque2 Evaluate and MS Project is advantageous.
