Assistant Site Manager

This is a fantastic opportuity for an Assiatnt Site Manager who has experience of refurbishment or retrofit projects to join a rapidly growing construction company on their new prestigious site in Salford.

The initial project will involve removal and and recladding of a large apartment block with additional external refurbishment. Working as a number 2 under the Site Manager you will be overseeing day to day operations on site, supervising the subcontractors and ensuring that the work is being delivered in line wiht the programme.

Demonstrable site experience in the role of Assistant Site Manager

SMSTS

Stable work history in a main conatrctor environment.

The role offers a chance to be part of a new Manchester team with opportunities for development up to Site Manager.
