Audio Visual (AV) Events & Production Technician
Location:
Manchester
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum

We're looking for a dedicated and hands-on AV Events & Production Technician to join our clients growing team at the heart of live event delivery. Whether it's conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, or live shows - this is your chance to be involved in some of the most exciting productions in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Setting up and operating AV, sound, lighting, and video equipment for live events
Supporting on-site production from prep through to de-rig
Working closely with clients, producers, and project managers to deliver seamless technical experiences
Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to a high standard
Travelling to venues and events as part of a flexible, dynamic team
What the Client is Looking For
Hands-on experience in live event AV, technical production, or staging
Strong knowledge of audio systems, lighting rigs, video walls/projectors, or vision mixing
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a calm approach under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Full UK driving licence is desirable
