We're looking for a dedicated and hands‑on AV Events & Production Technician to join our clients growing team at the heart of live event delivery. Whether it's conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, or live shows - this is your chance to be involved in some of the most exciting productions in the industry.

• Setting up and operating AV, sound, lighting, and video equipment for live events
• Supporting on‑site production from prep through to de‑rig
• Working closely with clients, producers, and project managers to deliver seamless technical experiences
• Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to a high standard
• Travelling to venues and events as part of a flexible, dynamic team

• Hands‑on experience in live event AV, technical production, or staging
• Strong knowledge of audio systems, lighting rigs, video walls/projectors, or vision mixing
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and a calm approach under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
