QLM Business Solutions is hiring a Call Center Agent to join its dynamic team in Manchester, England

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You’ll also assist with data entry, product support, and upselling opportunities. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Assist with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products/services
• Maintain thorough understanding of company offerings
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
• Document customer interactions for future reference

• Previous experience in call center or customer service roles (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (multilingual candidates encouraged)
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
