If you have experience in customer service roles and are eager to apply your skills to the legal sector, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

The Role

The Client Services team forms a crucial bridge between clients and the firm's legal teams. As the first point of contact, this team is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.

As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of the firm to new clients, representing its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout the onboarding process.

What You’ll Do

Deliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries across a range of communication channels.

Gather and record client details accurately using case management software.

Liaise with legal teams, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department promptly.

Facilitate the onboarding process by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.

Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are actioned and cleared daily.

Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s legal services and departments.

Adapt to changing team and business priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

A proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

Desirable:

Previous experience in the legal sector or a similar client-focused role.

Knowledge of Proclaim or similar case management systems (training provided).
