£27,000 - £30,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

The Role

You'll join a supportive Payment Support / Collections team, helping customers who have fallen behind on payments. Through empathetic, solution‑focused conversations, you'll agree realistic outcomes that help customers get back on track.

This is not a script‑led or high‑pressure environment - it's about listening, understanding, and delivering a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

Speak with customers experiencing payment difficulties
Agree fair and achievable repayment plans
Support vulnerable customers with care and empathy
Work with internal teams to resolve cases effectively
Keep accurate system records
Identify risks and suggest service improvements

Salary & Working Pattern

£27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
10% annual performance bonus plus discretionary company bonus
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:30pm (37.5 hours)
One Saturday morning every 3-4 weeks (shorter week when worked)
Hybrid working - 2 days from home
