Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm | 37.5 hours per week
Vital People are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy customer service team based in Manchester. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity for candidates with customer service, call handling, or administrative experience.
This role is ideal for someone confident dealing with customers, answering calls, and providing a high level of service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answering inbound customer service calls
- Handling customer and recipient enquiries
- Tracking customer items and deliveries
- Updating systems and producing customer service reports
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administration
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Confident dealing with customers directly
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team‑focused
- Temp to perm role
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Supportive team and management structure
- Opportunity for long‑term employment
- National Minimum Wage (with uplift scheduled in April)
