Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Work on education projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Job running experience
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
