We're seeking a Revit-proficient Senior Architectural Technologist with proven project-running experience on large-scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.

This design-led architectural practice, with three UK offices and a global presence, delivers outstanding work across residential, mixed-use, commercial and urban regeneration sectors. The 65-strong Manchester team is leading some of the region's most significant regeneration and Build-to-Rent projects, including a landmark £200m masterplan. Their work balances creative ambition with technical precision, incorporating sustainability, adaptive reuse and innovative delivery strategies.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview

Day-to-day use of Revit to develop and coordinate technical drawing packages
Contribution across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3-5
Project coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
Leading on the technical delivery of large-scale schemes (£10m+)
Working within a collaborative and well-resourced global studio

Senior Architectural Technologist

Job Requirements

Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
5+ years' UK industry experience, ideally with large-scale project exposure
Strong Revit proficiency and familiarity with BIM workflows
Demonstrated technical delivery skills and thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Confident communicator with proven project-running experience
