With multiple studios across the UK, the team is known for combining creative architectural thinking with strong technical delivery. Their healthcare portfolio covers a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects, working closely with NHS trusts and specialist consultants to create patient-centred, efficient, and inspiring clinical environments.

- Lead and develop design work on healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
- Produce, manage, and coordinate Revit/BIM models with a focus on accuracy and collaboration
- Work closely with healthcare planners, consultants, and client stakeholders to develop well-considered design solutions
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and client presentations
- Undertake site inspections, monitor progress, and assist with quality assurance
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of studio BIM standards
- Contribute to bid writing, proposals, and wider business development activities
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant professional accreditation (or working towards it)
- Strong Revit and BIM capability with experience coordinating complex projects
- Proven experience in healthcare architecture with understanding of HTM/HBN standards
- Ability to produce high-quality technical information and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Collaborative, positive and committed to continuous improvement and design quality
