Architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technologist (Healthcare‑sector) to join their busy, growing team in Manchester as part of a UK‑wide growth strategy on the back of large‑scale project wins.

Healthcare‑sector specialists, or those with some experience or interest in Healthcare‑sector Architecture, will find this role a perfect fit!

We work with a large, UK‑wide practice with several regional offices. They are an established AJ100 practice with over 100 employees. In Manchester they operate with around 10 staff but have big expansion plans for the year ahead.

The position is a mid‑level Architectural Technologist role focused primarily on the Healthcare team. The work will be completed using REVIT software, with extensive training and support offered to develop further experience.

• An experienced, qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist with 2‑10 years of experience working in an architectural studio or similar environment.
• Experience with in the Healthcare or similar sectors and proven proficiency with AutoCAD & REVIT.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations, familiarity with NBS specifications, and ability to work independently.
