Senior Structural Engineer – Manchester About The Role

In this role you will:

• Design and develop structural solutions for a variety of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, retail and workplace.

• Produce construction information and technical documentation to support the delivery of major national and international projects.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, engaging with architects and other engineers to ensure integrated design outcomes.

• Use structural analysis software to demonstrate technical aptitude and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain and contribute to BIM workflows, with knowledge of Revit considered an advantage.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Senior Structural Engineer who:

• Holds a Chartered or near Chartered status in Structural Engineering.

• Has relevant experience developing structural designs for building structures across multiple construction sectors.

• Communicates effectively, is self‑organised and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

• Demonstrates excellent technical aptitude and has experience with structural design analysis software such as Tekla Structures, TEDDS, Staad Pro and ETABS.

• Has experience working within a BIM environment and is familiar with Revit.
