An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and forward-thinking Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a prestigious, innovation-driven engineering and sustainability practice. This highly respected consultancy is known for delivering industry-leading sustainable design strategies, pioneering environmental performance standards, and shaping the future of low-carbon development across the UK.

Essential Criteria

BREEAM Accredited Professional or BREEAM Assessor status.

Strong experience delivering sustainability consultancy within the built-environment sector.

Proven project leadership experience across RIBA stages.

Competency in building performance modelling (e.g., Part L, Part O, overheating, operational energy).

Experience delivering BREEAM, HQM or WELL assessments.

Ability to lead client workshops and communicate complex information clearly.

Experience mentoring junior team members and delegating project tasks.

Strong knowledge of energy strategies, whole-life carbon, net-zero frameworks.

Desirable Criteria

Experience with TM54, NABERS UK, Apache Sim/IES or PHPP.

Knowledge of circular economy, environmental impact assessments, or climate adaptation.

Fee proposal development and/or line management experience.

Chartership or working towards Chartership.
