About the Role
We are supporting a leading global construction consultancy who are seeking a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor to provide professional health & safety advice on construction projects across a range of sectors.

This is a great role if you are seeking progression and development, with NEBOSH and IOSH fully funded if you are at the more junior end and seeking a career within CDM.

CDM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

* Act as CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor under CDM 2015 regulations

* Act as Principal Designer or Principal Designer Advisor on small to large scale projects.

* Prepare and maintain pre-construction information and health and safety files.

* Conduct health & safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections

* Assist in the completion of PQQ/tendering documents

* Provide advice on project design and construction phases

* Prepare reports and H&S documentation for clients

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams

* Monitor compliance with H&S legislation and company policies

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor

* Sound knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction H&S regulations

* Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively

* Experience across multiple sectors preferred (education, commercial, care, etc.)

Qualifications

* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent

* IOSH Membership
