Senior Structural Engineer

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer who is ready to take the lead on technically challenging and high-impact projects. If you thrive in a consultancy environment, enjoy mentoring junior engineers, and want to be a key client contact, this could be your next big move.

What you'll be doing:
🔹 Managing engineering designs to meet and exceed client expectations
🔹 Reviewing and guiding the work of junior staff
🔹 Leading technical delivery and ensuring quality and compliance
🔹 Acting as a key point of contact for clients
🔹 Supporting project management alongside the Director
🔹 Conducting and attending meetings, ensuring smooth project delivery

What we’re looking for:

✅ Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
✅ Chartered or actively working toward MIStruct

E or MICE
✅ A solid consultancy background with hands-on experience
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Knowledge of Industrial, Commercial or Retail sector projects
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with developers and contractors
