A new opportunity has opened in Manchester for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. My client is an Environmental and Geotechnical specialist consultancy who have multiple offices over the UK.

As the Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, from residential to mining. This is an exciting for a talented engineer looking to work for a large multi-disciplinary consultancy that works on exciting projects nationwide.

• Sign off interpretative reports.
• Oversee site investigations.
• See geotechnical projects from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Set up hybrid working arrangements with the option to work remotely from home once a week.

• Phase 1 + 2 report writing experience.
• Chartered (Civil Engineer/Geologist).
• Hold a geology or civil engineering degree.
• Experience in retaining walls and slope stability.
• Live within a commutable distance from the Manchester office.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
