FIELD ENGINEER | Manchester

We’re hiring an Assessment Engineer - someone who enjoys solving the awkward bits : the tricky installs, the odd surveys, the blockers everyone else avoids.

What you’ll actually be doing

Leading surveys on poles, ducts & OH routes
Turning messy installs into clean solutions
Making confident in-field decisions
Validating UG / OH routes (TRR, LOS etc.)
Keeping delivery safe, efficient & Right First Time
Being the calm technical voice when things get lively

You’ll fit if you…

Have telecoms field / build experience
Prefer hands‑on problem solving over endless emails

Spot issues before they become issues
Have a clean UK licence and don’t mind a bit of weather
