Civil and Structural Technician

Here at Strata Consulting, we are assisting our well-established design consultancy search for a gifted and well-driven Structural / Civil Technician to join their Manchester office. You will work closely with talented engineers and technicians on a variety of medium sized projects.

You will work closely with other design team members to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions.

• Work on multi-million-pound projects covering a wide variety of sectors including rail, pharmaceutical, custodial, healthcare, defence, education and aviation.

• HNC level 3 or equivalent in Construction or Civil Engineering
• A minimum of three years’ experience working for a UK design consultancy.
• The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual aiming for Eng Tech TMICE in the future
• To be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Having had experience in RC Detailing, Micro Station or Civils 3D would be advantageous.
• You should possess or be developing knowledge and experience with traditional building materials such as steel, timber, concrete, and reinforced concrete detailing,
• To have gained knowledge in comprehensive site-wide infrastructure and earthworks.
