Overview
Enthusiastic Fire Engineer required to support a specialist fire engineering consultancy based out of their attractive head office in Manchester, based just by Deansgate.
The fire engineer will join a reputable firm that is supported by 10 chartered professionals, and work on projects spanning various sectors. Career growth and a pathway to chartership status is highly encouraged and you will be supported in achieving your career goals.
Responsibilities- Assist with complex projects across varying stages of project lifecycle
- Manage small projects of your own
- Technical design engineering responsibilities - smoke control, CFD, evacuation etc.
- Use of fire engineering software such as CFAST, Pyrotism
- Ensure projects are delivered on time
- Provide the most ethical and financial solutions to building/ fire safety
- Engineering or fire related BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng
- AIFE / AIFireE
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
- Hybrid working
