They are seeking a Highway / Infrastructure Design Engineer to join their growing team in Manchester. You'll play a key part in delivering detailed highway and infrastructure designs across a variety of UK projects. The role offers hands‑on experience with exciting schemes, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and supporting the full design and technical approval process.

• Produce detailed designs for highway, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
• Support Section 278 / 38 and 104 / 106 technical approval submissions.
• Work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and associated design software.
• Ensure designs meet DMRB, Manual for Streets, and relevant standards.
• Collaborate effectively within project teams to deliver on time and to budget.

• Experience in highway / infrastructure design and approvals.
• Good understanding of UK design standards and technical processes.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Member (or working towards membership) of CIHT, ICE, or similar.
