• Design and Planning:
  Collaborate with senior engineers to develop mechanical designs for data centres, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Project Support:
  Assist in managing projects by creating schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Technical Analysis:
  Perform analyses and simulations to enhance data centre efficiency and energy use.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed engineering documents, including schematics and technical reports.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct quality checks to ensure mechanical systems meet industry standards.
• Maintenance:
  Develop strategies to ensure the reliability of data centre equipment.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with architects, project managers, and contractors to meet project objectives.
• Compliance:
  Stay informed about industry standards and ensure project adherence.

• Demonstrated experience as an Associate or Associate Director with expertise in client engagement, project management, and mechanical delivery within the data centre sector.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering (HNC, HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s level).
• Ideally chartered or working towards professional membership.
• Proficient in BIM processes, IES, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and a commitment to sustainable design principles.
