Senior Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer - Water Sector Manchester | Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) Contract or Permanent £55-65k / £450 p/d LTD Advance TRS is supporting a growing specialist design and engineering team and is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality water and wastewater treatment solutions. What you'll be doing Produce safe, high-quality and compliant process design deliverables Develop efficient design solutions informed by scopes and site visits Lead, mentor and support junior engineers and designers Prepare design risk assessments, technical reports and specifications Carry out mass balance, process sizing and hydraulic calculations Develop PFDs, control philosophies and commissioning strategies Ensure design compliance with relevant technical and industry standards Estimate hours for design packages and manage design change control Present designs at HAZOP, ALM, KM and similar technical reviews What you'll bring 10 years' relevant process design experience within the regulated water industry Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and proven delivery experience Degree, HND or equivalent technical background Confident IT and technical presentation skills Bonus points for Chartered Engineer status Experience across both clean and wastewater treatment
