We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Senior Electrical Engineer to join a busy Building Services team in Manchester. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow into an Associate or Director role within the next few years.

About the Role:

• Lead electrical design across a range of commercial and industrial projects
• Support and develop junior engineers
• Maintain strong client and design team relationships
• Combine technical excellence with a strategic, proactive mindset
• Be hands-on in design while contributing to business growth

About You:

• Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Chartered or working towards MCIBSE/IET
• Strong design background in sectors like offices, logistics, retail, residential, stadia, or data centres
• Ambitious, adaptable, collaborative, and commercially aware
• Interested in leadership, mentoring, and business development
