Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst (P402, P403, P404) – North West
Location:
North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Lancashire)
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 (DOE) + Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits

We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst (P402, P403, P404) to join a leading UKAS-accredited environmental consultancy operating across the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled asbestos professional to join a supportive and ambitious team, delivering high-quality surveying and analytical services across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.
The Role:
You will carry out a full range of asbestos services including Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys, air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and reoccupation certificates. You will work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) in line with HSG
264
* Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, smoke, background, and leak tests (HSG
248)
* Deliver clear and accurate reports using industry software
* Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Requirements:
* BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
* Minimum 12–18 months of industry experience
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
* Strong understanding of health and safety practices
* Flexible to travel across the North West with occasional overnight stays
