- Global market adaptation, insight gathering, and player‑centric innovation
- 5+ years in gaming product leadership
- Deep expertise in F2P & B2P monetization
- Experience with Steam, GOG, Epic, and other distribution platforms
- Strong analytical mindset + commercial thinking
- Outstanding leadership & stakeholder management
