Credit Controller

Position: Credit Controller (Permanent)
Location: Salford

Credit Controller Trafford Park £25,000 - £28,000 doe
We are seeking an organised, proactive and personable Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail and a solid grounding in accounting processes who is looking to continue building their experience within a supportive and professional environment.

Key duties:

* Providing day-to-day administration support across the accounts department

* Credit control administration and chasing outstanding debts directly with clients

* Communicating with high-value clients and maintaining professional relationships

* Processing sales invoices, including deposits and balances

* Liaising with internal departments and field-based colleagues

* Processing credit card and cheque payments via phone and post

* Cash posting, allocation and general ledger maintenance

* Maintaining the cash book and ensuring accurate records

* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving queries

* Assisting colleagues within the finance team when required
