Vice President, Transaction Processing Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Transaction Processing Manager to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester. The Vice President, Client Processing Manager plays a pivotal role within the Transaction Processing function, contributing to BNY's strategic pillars through effective management of client processing operations. This position is integral in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning with BNY's principles of integrity, teamwork, and client focus.

The role requires a deep understanding of transaction processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution, supporting the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality client service and operational reliability. • Lead and manage Asset Transfer operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement data‑driven process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resiliency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve complex client issues and strengthen end‑to‑end controls.
• Monitor and assess performance, aligning activities to strategic objectives and client expectations.
• Drive strategic initiatives that optimize transaction processing frameworks and support business outcomes.

• Proven leadership in transaction processing, client operations, or wealth services operations.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into measurable improvements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Comfort with digital tools, data analytics, and AI to spark progress.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on risk management, client experience, and team wellbeing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications welcomed.
• Vast experience in transaction management within financial services/wealth operations.
• Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
