• Proficiency in Mortgage Industry and knowledge of Mortgage Lending Practices.
• Experience in Mortgages, Protection and General Insurance principles.
• Strong Customer Service Skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Finance, mortgages or related fields.
